Outcome of the Board Meeting

New Delhi, June 9, 2009: The Board of Directors of Maytas Infra Limited met on 9th June 2009 in New Delhi and discussed and approved the following points:

  1. To start the construction of Greenfield airports at Gulbarga & Shimoga in Karnataka immediately.

  2. Noted that Gautami Power Project, a 464 MW gas based combined cycle power plant at Peddapuram, East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh jointly developed by Maytas Infra Limited has successfully commenced the operations.

  3. Approved the Retention Bonus Plan for its employees, and has ratified the guidelines for the stock options scheme for its Leadership Team.

  4. The Board is working on a plan for Hyderabad Metro & Machilipatnam Port projects.

  5. The Board reviewed the progress of CDR Package which is being pursued by SBI Caps.
